Hello Joe! Please forgive me because I don't speak Korean. I have some tips for creating categories. The category page (in edit mode) should look like:
<pre>{{Categoryheader|Name of category in Korean}}
[[Category:Name of higher category in Korean]]</pre>
For example, in English, the category for "Locations" looks like:
<pre>{{Categoryheader|locations}}
[[Category:Content]]</pre>
So, be sure to use <code>|</code> instead of <code>:</code> in the first line, and try to add the header category, that is, the category of which this category is a sub-category. (In the English example, the header category is "Content" and the sub-category is "Locations".)
