Question for Add information in Korean Page

Thank you for the advice you gave me last time, Margotbean! I am not good at writing English, so please understand this. Today, I'm going to ask you a question.

If I want to add an Internet address (This like a Nexus site.)that can finding mods for Korean users on the Korean WIKI page. Is this part a violation of the wiki policy? Of course, this part is not in the original English WIKI page. I wonder if I need to get consent from other users to add information.

I'd really appreciate it if you could answer. :)
